Oomen Brookes is led by partners Véronique Oomen and Zoë Brookes. Between them, they have more than 45 years experience transforming organizations. Together, they form a highly qualified, experienced team, committed to helping clients build their Power to do Good.
A native of The Netherlands, Véronique spent nearly 20 years managing teams at DuPont in Europe and in the United States. Her formal training in Lean tools for improving team effectiveness compliment her passion for process improvement and leadership coaching.
Véronique has an MSc in Engineering from the University of Technology in Delft, an MBA from the NIMBAS-Bradford School of Management in Utrecht, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Véronique serves on the board of the Sourland Conservancy. She enjoys rowing, Crossfit and hiking in the beautiful American national parks. She lives in Princeton, NJ with her family.
Zoë brings 25 years of strategic management consulting experience, having received a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and a Master of Engineering from Brunel University.
After working with Bain & Company and Deloitte & Touche in the for-profit strategic consulting arena, Zoë switched to the nonprofit sector, following a strong personal interest in endeavors that build community. She worked with The Bridgespan Group, Bain’s nonprofit sister company, and Wellspring Consulting, based in New Haven, CT. Prior to co-founding Oomen Brookes, Zoë operated her own practice in Central New Jersey from 2012.
Zoë is the founder and former executive director of Trenton Circus Squad, and the founder of several other local community arts organizations. She enjoys rowing, making giant puppets and storytelling. She lives in Princeton, NJ with her family.
